Mike Ryan Named to HRO Today’s North American Advisory Board


Madison’s Senior VP of Client Strategy joins the Services and Technology Association


New York, NY. December 3, 2015 — Madison Performance Group, a global leader in social recognition, announced today the appointment of its Senior Vice President of Client Strategy, Mike Ryan, to HRO Today’s Services and Technology Association. Ryan joins the North American regional board of advisors that serves to improve the business of HR for HR professionals, their companies and the industry at large.


Shaping how the industry has evolved since 2002, HRO Today delivers content designed to enable HR to produce workforce productivity and offer a range of benefits including better practices, functional training, networking in person and online, regional and interest group meetings, opinion pieces, and annual awards.

He has advised many of the world’s leading brands and executives on how to best define and implement program strategies that deliver a higher level of motivational impact to participants, increase planning flexibility for stakeholders, and offer the financial controls and projected returns that sponsors demand.


Mr. Ryan is president of The Performance Improvement Council (PIC), a board member of The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
