HRO Today ranks the leading providers in the employee recognition and service reward industry based on customer satisfaction surveys.

Administered by HRO Today, analysis is based on three criteria: breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service. Madison was named the #1 recognition provider for two consecutive years (2015, 2016).
