Trompeter brings more than 20 years of high-impact experience in the employee recognition and SaaS sectors. He has built and led high-performing sales organizations, driven commercial growth, and cultivated enduring partnerships with some of the world’s largest employers. His expertise spans strategic account development, enterprise-level go-to-market initiatives, and motivating teams focused on creating measurable client value.
Prior to joining Madison, Trompeter held senior sales leadership roles with industry leaders including Dell EMC, TechTarget, HALO Recognition, and Blackhawk Network. Over his career, he has successfully scaled sales organizations from tens of millions to over a billion dollars in business, integrating multiple acquisitions, building nationally recognized teams, and driving long-term organizational growth. Notably, during his two decades at HALO Recognition and its predecessor, he played a critical role in the company’s national and global expansion.
