Madison Global Appoints Gale Crosley as Independent Director

Madison Global, an employee-owned ESOP company with international reach and more than 50 years of experience in employee recognition, incentive travel, meetings and events, today announced the appointment of strategic growth advisor Gale Crosley, CPA, CGMA, as an independent director on its Board of Directors. The appointment adds an experienced outside perspective to the company's Board as Madison accelerates mid-market and enterprise expansion in its next phase of growth.

Accomplished advisor brings decades of experience in strategic growth, technology, ESOPs and scaling organizations as Madison accelerates mid-market and enterprise expansion

NEW YORK, NY – September 10, 2026 — Madison Global, an employee-owned ESOP company with international reach and more than 50 years of experience in employee recognition, incentive travel, meetings and events, today announced the appointment of strategic growth advisor Gale Crosley, CPA, CGMA, as an independent director on its Board of Directors. The appointment adds an experienced outside perspective to the company’s Board as Madison accelerates mid-market and enterprise expansion in its next phase of growth.

Crosley brings more than 25 years of experience helping established organizations uncover untapped market opportunities, develop sustainable revenue strategies and successfully scale, along with deep experience in technology and employee-owned organizations. She has worked directly with more than 500 CEOs and managing partners, including leaders at half of the 100 largest firms in the accounting profession, advising organizations on strategies designed to drive sustainable growth and market expansion.

Crosley also brings extensive experience with employee-owned organizations. Over the past 25 years, she has worked with firms serving the ESOP market, ESOP investment bankers and employee-owned businesses directly. That experience gives her a distinctive perspective on Madison’s own ESOP structure and the role employee ownership can play in supporting long-term enterprise value and sustainable growth.

That combination of growth, technology and ESOP experience is central to the perspective Madison sought in adding Crosley to its Board.

“Madison has never pursued growth simply for the sake of getting bigger,” said Werner Haase, Founder and Executive Chairman of Madison Global. “For more than 50 years, we have focused on building a strong company around our people, our clients and a long-term view of value. Employee ownership reinforces that responsibility. Adding Gale as an independent director brings an experienced outside perspective that can help us build on what already differentiates Madison, chart a path forward and ensure our next chapter creates lasting value for our clients and employee-owners.”

“As an employee-owned company, Madison’s strength comes from the dedication and insight of our people,” said Alex Alaminos, President and CEO of Madison Global. “Gale’s expertise will help us further empower our employee-owners, challenge our thinking, and drive sustainable growth.”

Crosley joins the Board during a period of evolution across the business, as Madison continues to expand its mid-market and enterprise reach, strengthen its leadership and governance, and invest in ways that deepen workplace connections and drive business outcomes.

Most recently, Madison Recognition earned the top ranking for quality of service and was named the #1 overall recognition provider in the 2026 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings.

“What stands out to me about Madison is the strength of the foundation already in place and how much market opportunity still exists to build on it,” said Crosley. “The combination of an employee-owned culture, deep client relationships, more than five decades of market experience and continued investment in technology creates a powerful platform for growth. The ESOP model is particularly compelling because employees are not simply executing the strategy; they have a direct stake in the value it creates. From an outside perspective, I see significant untapped potential to scale what Madison does well, expand its international reach and create even greater value for its clients and employee-owners.”

Crosley began her career with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse before moving into technology and ultimately strategic growth consulting. She is the author of At the Crossroads, published by Wiley & Sons, and has written more than 200 articles on strategic growth and has been invited to speak in more than 20 countries. She has also been recognized by Accounting Today as one of the profession’s Top 100 Most Influential People for 19 years.
