Enterprise Power. Mid-Enterprise Simplicity.
Nearly two-decade employee recognition veteran will lead Madison’s global sales strategy as the company accelerates enterprise growth.
NEW YORK, NY – Aug 11, 2026 — Madison Global, a worldwide leader in employee recognition, incentive travel, meetings and events, today announced the promotion of Judd Weisgal to Chief Sales Officer of the Recognition Group, reinforcing the company’s executive leadership team as it continues its global expansion and investment in technology, innovation, and client growth.
Since joining Madison in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Sales, Weisgal has helped drive the company’s continued growth by partnering with many of the world’s leading organizations to develop recognition strategies that improve employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and deliver measurable business results. In his new role, he will oversee Madison Recognition’s global sales organization, leading enterprise sales strategy, strategic partnerships, and business development across the company’s Recognition division.
For nearly twenty years, Weisgal has been one of the industry’s most respected voices in employee recognition and incentives. Throughout his career, he has helped design, develop, and implement more than 150 recognition programs for Fortune 500 organizations, giving him a unique perspective on the evolving relationship between workplace culture, technology, and business performance. A frequent speaker and trusted advisor, he is known for challenging conventional thinking and helping organizations view recognition not simply as a reward program, but as a strategic driver of engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Judd for many years, and I’ve seen firsthand the impact he has on our clients, our people, and our business,” said Alex Alaminos, President & CEO of Madison Global. “He leads with passion, earns trust quickly, and understands that great sales organizations are built by helping clients succeed—not simply by closing deals. As Madison continues to expand globally and invest in the future of employee recognition, there is no one better suited to lead our sales organization into its next chapter.”
Weisgal’s promotion comes during a period of significant momentum for Madison. The company recently unveiled a new global digital experience, continues to expand its AI-enhanced recognition platform, Maestro, and supports enterprise organizations in more than 160 countries through multilingual experiences, global reward fulfillment, and strategic consulting services.
“Madison has always believed that recognition is about more than rewards—it’s about helping organizations build cultures where people feel valued and inspired to do their best work,” said Weisgal. “I’m honored to take on this new role and excited to work alongside our exceptional team as we continue helping clients create workplaces where people thrive. The opportunity ahead of us is tremendous, and we’re just getting started.”
Prior to joining Madison, Weisgal held senior leadership positions with Michael C. Fina and O.C. Tanner, where he built a reputation for helping organizations align recognition strategies with business objectives. His career has been defined by his ability to bridge technology with human connection—an approach that closely reflects Madison’s mission and vision for the future of work.
As Chief Sales Officer, Weisgal will continue working closely with Madison’s executive leadership team to expand the company’s enterprise presence while strengthening strategic partnerships and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations attract, engage, recognize, and retain exceptional talent.
