Ranked the top provider in the employee recognition industry based on customer satisfaction ratings

New York, NY. August 20, 2015 — Madison Performance Group, a global leader in social recognition, has been named the number one recognition provider by HRO Today magazine. In its annual Baker’s Dozen feature, HRO Today ranks the top companies in the employee recognition industry based on customer feedback surveys.

Highly esteemed in the HR industry, the awards are based on the feedback of qualified HR executives. Administered by HRO Today, analysis is based on three criteria: breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, scores were calculated in all three subcategories as well as an overall score, resulting in Madison’s number one ranking.

“We are honored to be named this year’s top recognition provider, and to be recognized by our customers,” said Alex Alaminos, Managing Director at Madison. “It reflects the satisfaction and success of our clients in achieving their recognition goals, which is our ultimate objective. It also represents our unwavering commitment to deliver best-in-class solutions supported by our client centric approach.”

Madison was honored with the prestigious award for its ability to deliver intuitive and multi-faceted recognition programs powered by Maestro, its uniquely configurable cloud-based SaaS technology. For 40 years, the company has guided desirable change of human behavior in the workplace and elevated the performance of individuals responsible for a company’s ultimate success. Madison actively collaborates with its clients to deliver results through measurable breakthroughs in higher performance, which is reflected in their top scoring in the quality of service category.

The number one placement in HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen is the latest in a series of honors bestowed upon Madison this year. Madison was named a Stratus Award Finalist for Cloud Computing, an awards competition sponsored by The Business Intelligence Group that recognizes companies providing innovative and market-leading solutions that are driving global adoption of cloud-based services. The South African Government also honored Madison’s Travel Group with a distinguished Ubuntu Award for “Outstanding Achievement in Incentive Programs.”
